Maintain, modify, and optimize the Worksource1 SQL Server database 3. Collaborate with applications developers on data modeling and E-R diagrams 4. Manage database performance, capacity, replication, backup and security 5. Work with external entities to facilitate data transfers 6. Assist business analysts and end-users with reporting needs MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE Note: candidates who do not have the mandatory skills will not be considered. • 6 years or more experience installing, designing and managing MS SQL 2000, 2005 & 2008. • Experience designing and implementing new MS SQL Server databases • Extensive experience writing advanced SQL queries and reporting services, analyzing and optimizing queries and stored procedures and SSIS packages • Experience supporting XML APIs • Broad understanding of software development and web technologies • Highly proficient with report development in MS-Office Access, MS Excel and Crystal Reports • Perform multiple projects on small teams • Creative problem solving • Excellent communication and presentation skills * Please respond with *Resume, Rate, Current Location and Phone numbers of the Consultant*.
