*Position : Desktop Integration Engineer* *Location : Washington DC * *Duration : 12+ Months Phone then Face to Face Must be USC, GC or EAD-GC* *MUST HAVE:* · 3+ years experience directly related to computer systems · Microsoft Windows 7/10 Operating System expertise · Microsoft Office 2013+ experience · Programming and scripting experience, such as C, C++, Java, HTML, PowerShell, VBScript/ASP and Visual Basic · Knowledge of anti-virus issues and products such as McAfee ePO, VirusScan, Anti-spyware, etc. · Experience with Microsoft tools such as IEAK, GPO, ADSI and WMI · Experienced with computer hardware and software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting · Experienced working in a networked systems environment. Good understanding of Network Operating Systems · Familiarity with networking devices, protocols (TCP/IP) and corresponding access-related problems · Excellent interpersonal skills to support and train Information Technology Coordinators and end-users · Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems independently as well as in collaboration with a team; strong team player *NICE TO HAVE:* · Host Intrusion Prevention Systems (HIPS) / Windows Firewall · Wise/Install shield Installer, Conflict Resolution system. · MS tools such as Vista Readiness Kit, User State Migration Toolkit (USMT). · Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT).
