*Position : QA Analyst with IT Audit Exp. * *Location : Irving, TX * *Duration : 10+ Months Phone Hire!!!* With Infrastructure knowledge (servers), but more of an IT Ops, Audit, Governance and QA Analyst/Tester (not a developer though). *Operational Readiness Analyst * · The NAM E2E Build Integration Team is looking for an Operational Readiness Analyst to help develop the program that will ensure that servers exit the build process in a way that promotes good IT Operational Best Practices and minimizes the risk of infrastructure-related downtime. · This position will be responsible for helping to develop operational readiness checklists and coordinating with the build teams to ensure these checklists are followed as they prepare for each “go-live” event. * Qualifications* · 3-5 years in Quality Assurance Testing or IT Audit · 3-5 years in IT Operations in a L2 or L3 support role · A strong background in IT Service Management (especially ITIL Change Management, Release Management, and Availability Management) · Experience with Lean Six Sigma · Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills and a mindset of approaching problems and projects systematically, and is energized by working in a fast paced and ever-changing environment · Must be able to see beyond the current state, identify risks/opportunities and drive project teams toward the desired program outcome *Additionally (this is separate from the above requirement)* · I’d also like to identify a mid to more senior level QA Analyst, skilled in IT Ops/Audit, ITSM certified maybe.
