* Position : SQL Developer with T-SQL Exp. * *Location : Austin TX* *Duration : 6+ Months * *Phone / skype ( F2F if locals)* * Job Responsibilities* - Provide technical leadership and hands-on database administration supporting the application development team throughout the lifecycle of assigned projects - Define and implement company’s database strategy by analyzing the database requirements of the supported business systems and designing a database infrastructure to support the business objectives - Collaborate with software engineers on code reviews, data access contracts, and DAL implementation - Participate in data-warehousing design, development and implementation efforts - Develop and maintain advanced T-SQL code and ETL scripts - Develop and evolve the logical and physical database design *Job Requirement* - 3+ years of database development with a primary focus on MS SQL Server and experience with large database deployments - 2+ years of database administration - Experience with high transaction volume in a fast-paced, production environment - Excellent problem-solving skills - Self-starting attitude and good communication skills are essential.
