The consultant will adhere to NYSIF’s application development standards, including, but not limited to, project management methodology, SDLC (software development life cycle), Enterprise Architecture standards and the IT governance process. *PART A: The ONE MANDATORY REQUIREMENT:* *Senior Level * *You must be a Senior Oracle Developer* *with documented employment experience of 5-7 years (60-84 months).* - You must have technical experience centered around a technology, technologies or portfolio of application. Designing and implementing information technology solutions. - You must be able to work without assistance and can provide leadership for others; may have advanced education. *PART B: Requested Desirable Qualifications: *The numbered qualifications below are not mandatory, but candidates should meet or exceed in duration and skill set target asked for, at least 6 of numbers 1 through 11. 1. 12 months experience with a carrier that provides NYS Workers compensation *Insurance, maintaining and supporting a program that offers pay as you go premium*. 2. 60 months experience in Oracle development, *PL/SQL* development including Triggers, Packages, Advanced Queuing. 3. 60 months experience with *Microsoft ASP.Net*. 4. 60 months experience with *JavaScript*. 5. 36 months experience with *Visual Studio 2010 or Newer*. 6. 60 months experience with *XML*. 7. 60 months experience with *XSLT.* 8. 36 months experience with *C#.net.* 9. 12 months experience with *Blueprint requirements tool*. 10. 12 months experience with *HP Quality Center*. 11. 12 months experience with *Innotas*.
