The following define the overall candidate requirement: 10+ years of experience in financial software or financial services Experience in analyzing and creating business and technical requirements documents in a fast paced, ever changing environment. Prior experience interfacing with Client Senior Management Ability to classify Change Requests and Enhancements with Logical Reasoning. Prior experience in case management, risk tracking system, workflow system – will be added plus. Ability to work with Interfaces Data and Golden Sources for Integration. Prior experiences working with cross functional Teams across time zones. Experience analyzing, testing, documenting new features and functions required by the system. Understanding of client’s needs and translating into technical requirements for development.
