Implemented Trade Surveillance scenarios for Fixed Income Trade Knowledge of Actimize Fixed Income model either as a Business Analyst or as SME Solid understanding of Trade flows and Controls in Capital Markets domain (for Fixed Income products, trade data, market data etc. ) *Preferred Experience:* Experience in doing Business Analysis around Trade Surveillance areas using vendor systems like Actimize BA with experience in full data life cycle from business requirements analysis and data feed definition, to data mapping and working with QA team to facilitate feed testing for Actimize implementation . Knowledge of Actimize Trade Surveillance UDM . Worked as a BA in handling BPM application related requirements (Pega would be an added advantage). 3. Should have worked across multiple LOBs / Functional groups in gathering and refining requirements. 4. Experience in Analyzing the current state and mapping to the target state. 5. Experience in preparing mapping from Business use cases to various stages of the projects. 6. Should be a SPOC / Functional SME of the application. 7. Should be able to validate the developed application and provide a BA sign off. *3. Title: Technical Business Analyst* *Location: NYC, NY* *Position Type: Long term Contract * *Rate: DOE* *Job Description* *Core responsibilities include:* Identify, assess and document business requirements Effectively translate business requirements into value-added, comprehensive solutions and test plans using appropriate processes, procedures and technology Develop use cases to explain & demonstrate business and functional requirements specifications to the technology team Contribute a business/process perspective during design reviews and entire project lifecycle to ensure that deliverables meet business needs Assist Quality Management team to ensure that requirements documentation accurately translate into test plans and test cases Provide relevant test scenarios to ensure that testing results correspond to the business expectations Facilitate implementation of new functionality through training sessions, demos, and the development of training manuals *Required Skills:* Bachelor's Degree required 3-5 years of Business Analysis experience Experience in SQL, Unix, and Messaging preferred Credit Risk background preferred Strong analytical and interpersonal skills Strong oral and written communication skills Strong client focus, organizational, time management, and decision making skills Ability to be flexible, organize, and prioritize work Ability to work independently Experience and/or understanding of business process modeling, business systems development and analysis Basic understanding of the company's business practices and familiarity with the company's products and services *Refer the JD:* 1.
