*Position : **Senior Systems Analyst* *Location : **Baltimore MD* *Duration : 6 months **Phone then Skype* *GC/USC Only* * Senior Systems Analyst 7632 * *Description of Work:* - Elicit and analyze requirements for the Proof of Concept (POC) - Conduct high level analysis and document the AS-IS process for managing Active Directory (AD) accounts including the business process, current naming standards and required attributes (general governance) - Develop and document the recommended To-Be process for managing AD accounts including the business process, current naming standards and required attributes (recommend high level, high value, easy to implement governance based on industry best practice, OMB, NIST, FISMA requirements) - Work with customer to gather input from AD administrators, adjust To-Be process as required based on input from AD Administrators / security staff - Gather required information from group/account owners, then clean and normalize AD groups and accounts according to the recommended high-level governance - Gather required attribute information from group / account owners and enter into AD - Develop business process for managers to remove access as needed / upon review - Identify AD privileged accounts and document - Document entire process as a repeatable template to expand the POC to other customer organizations - Presentation of statistics for AD cleanup effort and examples of cleansed AD information mapped to new governance practice. - Become knowledgeable on the HIPAA policies and procedures for the program and ensure awareness of HIPAA breach process.
