*Job Title : QA Lead with QTP Experience (Role 1)Location : Boston, MA Duration : 4-6+Months ContractResponsibilities* Own end-to-end QA delivery for a complex Financial Engine. Design, develop & maintain QA Test Automation Frameworks using White Box QA approach (using Java) for Functional & Regression testing. Develop Test Plans, Test Scenarios & Test Cases for testing new functionalities of a Financial Engine using requirements, specifications & user documentation/models. Design & develop custom tools (using VBA/VBS) to automate manual testing/regression maintenance tasks. Execute automated test suites using developed QA automation frameworks and custom tools; *Required Skills:* 8+ yrs. of QA automation using QTP & Selenium. 1-2 yrs of experience in owning & managing end-to-end QA delivery. Strong experience in design & development of QA automation solutions/frameworks & custom tools. Extensive development experience using VBA/VBS. 1-2 yrs. of development experience using Core Java OR Strong conceptual understanding of Core Java. Experience in managing & leading offshore/onshore QA teams. Strong manual testing experience. Experience working with Agile methodologies. Capital Markets experience Experience with GIT for version control. *Desirable* Experience in White Box QA automation (preferably using Java). Experience/Knowledge of US Retirement Planning domain & available products. Unit Tests development experience using JUnits.
