Documented experience in performing business architectural assessments and proposing new business process designs (for Information Technology systems) to meet business needs 3. Experience in all phases of the requirements process from gathering requirements from business users (JAD sessions), through requirement clarification with business users and developers, through testing and traceability matrix, through *UAT* and implementations. 4. Minimum of 5 years’ experience facilitating workgroups, conducting interviews for information gathering 5. Minimum of 5 years’ experience developing *business processes descriptions and flows, business models, and narratives* 6. Skilled in *MS Project, MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, macros,* charting 7. Ability to work in a team environment 8. Ability to be able to work independently 9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, good presentation skills required *Education Required* Possession of a bachelor’s degree with not less than 21 semester (32 term) credits in computer science, data processing, computer information systems, data communications, networking, systems analysis, computer programming, or mathematics. *Additional Information* *US Citizenship* is no longer required, however must be authorized to work in the US.
