•                    7 to 8 years’ relevant experience.

•                    4 year college degree or equivalent technical study.

•                    Design detailed project plans, which identify needs
and define major tasks and milestones, based on scope, resources, and budget

•                    Adjust and revise estimates when necessary.
Accountable for the approval and sign-off of the project plan with all
affected project stakeholders.

•                    Manage, and track the project progress against the
project plan.

•                    Accountable for delivery of all work tasks identified
in the project plan.

•                    Monitor project milestones and phases to ensure the
project is on schedule. Take corrective actions if a project begins to slip
its schedule.

•                    Plan, organize, prioritize, and manage multiple work
efforts across divisions and other State agencies.
