*Position : Business Analyst With Pega Exp* *Location : **Charlotte, NC* *Duration : **through 12/31/15 initially, but chance to go much longer* *Interview : Phone & Skype* They need someone ASAP. This is for a project that has already gone into production, but it is not going smoothly. So, the resource will need to be comfortable eliciting requirements. The platform is Pega, so Pega knowledge is helpful. Must be comfortable tracking down information. They will specifically be tracking down information about interface exchanges. They aren't gathering full requirements, rather they are making tweaks to existing requirements by increasing the business logic on UI fields. Finding someone with Pega experience would be the key to getting them extended into 2016. Additional Job Details: This individual will be assisting with problem resolution and change requests on a recently deployed application. 5 + years of analysis experience in requirements elicitation from multiple groups for application development. Experience with application integration and data mapping is preferred. Experience with Pega PRPC and HR employee onboarding is helpful. Acts as a liaison between client area and technical organization by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of highly complex business problems to be solved with automated systems. Provides technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements. Works with user groups to provide training, resolve questions, assess user needs, and recommend changes. Prepares specifications for system changes. Recommends and initiates systems testing. Acts as an internal consultant within technology and business groups by using quality tools and process definition/improvement to re-engineer technical processes for greater efficiencies.
