Multiple Oracle Database Implementation experience in very high available environment is a strong consideration. Qualifications 1. B.S or M.S in computer science or engineering 2. 5-8 years if Proven infrastructure/solution architecture experience in a fast paced environment. 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 4. Passionate about delivering innovative infrastructure solutions. 5. Passionate about automation and integration of relevant tools in the environment 6. Effectively work across cross functional teams 7. Strong background in infrastructure design for multi-tier HA solutions in Linux/Unix Environments 8. Strong background in Oracle Exadata or multiple Oracle RAC experience in a mission critical environment. 9. Strong understanding and competence of server, storage, network and security- products, integration and architecture 10. TOGAF certification prefered Job Description 1. Work with enterpirse architects, database architects, application architects and operations in solution architecture 2. Gather, focus and synthesize cross functional team requirements into infrastructure requirements 3. Plan,design, assemble infrastructure architecture for new and re-platform applications using on-premise, hybrid and cloud deployment models. 4. Ensures consistency and integrity of infrastructure solution design across the assigned area. 5. Assist in analysis, planning and migration of mixed tier applications for large scale data center consolidation lveraging P2V, V2V and P2P and P2C models. 6. Assit in successful Devops integration - identify and implement tools and processes. 7. Work with larger teams in identfiying and implementing performance optimization needs. 8.
