Knowledge of data warehouse architecture, star schemas, and snowflakes. Experience gathering and documenting requirement specifications. Report development experience in an iterative development environment with business intelligence reporting tools such as SAP Crystal Reports, Cognos, or SAS BI. Experience with performance tuning and troubleshooting. Experience in quality assurance testing and data analysis using SQL and/or SAS. Skill in requirements gathering and technical documentation of data, data loading, and reports. Skill in SQL, SAS, SAP Crystal Reports, and MS Office tools.
