This Human Capital Management product supports over 600,000 companies and produces benchmark data reports for different domains including Payroll, HR, Time, Benefits, etc. The team covers everything from research to coding to analysis to deployment. The PL/SQL Developer will be working with 2-3 other Developers on site as well as some off shore in both Brazil and India. The primary responsibility will be to analyze problems presented to them with current performance issues, analyze utilizing oracle functions and logic, and re-write the code to present back to team.
