We are looking for Genesys profiles with below skills so do share strong profile if you have anyone available. Skills Required Position -1 @ San Antonio location 1. Experienced with WDE Developer (Genesys Workspace Desktop Edition erstwhile IWS (Interaction Workspace)) 2. Configured tool for incoming call center environment 3. Able to choose best option (OOTB, Customization) rather following either of one 4. Experienced with GVP (Genesys Voice Portal) 5. Experienced with eServices (email) – mandatory 6. Customization of tool in .NET – Nice to have 7. Exposure to Prism framework – Nice to have Position -2 @ IRV location 1. Experienced with IRD (Interactive Routing Designer) 2. Complex Routing Strategies for email a. Calling external services/DB/individual targeted routing b. Statistics based routing c. Expandable pool d. Auto classification / Screening Rules 3. Soft Skills – Demo/Presentation/Communication to Business Users 4. Experienced with iWD (Intelligent Workload Distribution) Person should have hands on experience with above mentioned area rather than experienced on a Support/Admin role.
