<p>Manage Data Intern Program and Next-generation Data Analytics Pilots in
support of SoTech initiatives.<br><br>High-level
knowledge of data management, analytics, open data, data sharing
challenges, political sensitivities concerning data; general business
knowledge of what Executive Agencies do; ability to facilitate work
across multiple agencies, vendors and universities; ability to navigate
the political landscape</p>
<p>Candidate needs technical background/skills so they can manage the program,
however, this is definitely not a technical role. <br><br>Will work at both
VITA offices (downtown Richmond and Chester) as well as the office downtown
Richmond. <br></p>
<strong>Required:</strong><p><br></p>
<p><strong>7+ Years</strong><br></p>
<ul>
<li>Program Management</li>
<li>Ability to interact at executive level, and across many parties including
universities and vendors</li>
</ul>
<strong>3+ Years</strong><ul>
<li>Data Management / Maturity Assessments</li>
<li>Use Case support and business case formulation</li>
<li>Open Data Guidance and Recommended Practices</li>
<li>Data Sharing Policy support</li>
<li>Knowledge of Data integration </li>
</ul>
