Will collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, requirements, project governance, design, testing, timeline, and budget. Other responsibilities include: Responsibilities: Responsible for delivery of complex program or Project in an outsourced and multiple stakeholder group environments. Handle inter-dependencies and risks between various work streams and Projects. Experience in managing financials like forecasting based on requirements, preparing budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions. Work with client’s financial managers to develop business cases, perform ROI calculations, and develop capital budgets. Work with client program managers to establish and maintain road map, setting appropriate expectations, and ensuring the products and services meet high standards. Creating detailed action plans that include organizational change management, resource planning, and strategies to embark on a new strategic direction and to enable successful deployment of solutions. Experience tracking and reporting to senior and executive-level management on financial and operational aspects of the Projects managed. Experience in executive communication, leading technical teams and/or third party vendors in the full life cycle of Project development from the initial strategy to end-of-life planning as well as the ongoing support. Experience with IT and user communities in defining the requirements, and tracks and reports on all aspects of the program/Projects being managed. Has specific niche technical or domain skill set required for a specific work stream, Project or program to deliver the required outcomes. Capturing best practices and adding to client’s knowledge management initiatives. Extensive experience working with cross-functional teams including IT architects, software engineers, developers, testers, technical leads, and deployment leads to ensure timely delivery of Projects. Required Skills: Minimum of 7 years of IT project management experience in an enterprise environment. Outstanding interpersonal skills, including strong verbal and written communications.
