Design/modify, code, debug, test, and document moderately complex to complex application systems Install and test software packages. Install and maintain operating systems software in a computing center Consult on the use of complex software packages. Advise users regarding program techniques and design. Maintain program libraries, users' manuals, or technical documentation. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems, CIS, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in IT coding. Scope for Request: We are currently standing up Remedy 8.1 in a new environment. Resource will act as the technical lead on the Remedy Upgrade project, working closely with BMC, to ensure proper installation and configuration of Remedy 8.1 application based on the Business Requirement Document. Resources is also responsible for enabling and supporting all the integrations with the Remedy application.
