Position: SAP HR

Location: Houston, TX

Duration: 6 months



Role Description

The appointed person will be responsible for providing shared services to
operating companies throughout the group using SAP applications.
Transaction process are managed for the Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Lust
to Dust, Record to Report, Treasury and Cash Management business cycles &
their respective reporting in HR/BO/HANA.


*Key Accountabilities*


Proposal for HR redesign for performance improvement as appropriate

HR ticket analysis

Work with incumbent support partners to report and resolve any program
related error with the HR processes.

Work with HR, Supply Chain and Finance data owners to fix data issues or to
re-assign responsibilities

Demonstrate reduction of outages and delays in HR deliveries

Demonstrate reduction of knock-on effects from HR on other EVO systems and
interfaces

Demonstrate reduction in HR incidents caused by insufficient housekeeping

Demonstrate reduction in recurring HR incidents
