Currently we are looking for *PeopleSoft functional Consultant (Finance), Austin, TX.* *JOB DETAIL* Job Title PeopleSoft functional Consultant (Finance) Job Location Austin, TX Job Duration 6 month(s)+ (Contract) *Minimum Requirements:* *Years* *Skills/Experience* 8 Proven project team building skills 8 Experience writing detailed Functional Design Documents (FDDs) 8 Experience with Microsoft Suite (Projects, Visio, Excel, Word, Power Point) 6 Experience participating in large complex high availability PeopleSoft Financials implementation projects 6 Experience performing PeopleSoft System Test, Integration Test, and User Acceptance Test 6 Experience conducting design sessions with subject matter experts and business process owners to meet business requirements with minimal customizations. 4 Experience implementing PeopleSoft Purchasing version 9.0 or higher, including gathering business requirements, conducting and documenting fit/gap sessions, and system configuration. 4 Experience as a PeopleSoft functional module lead for large PeopleSoft implementation. 4 Experience in IT project planning, research, analysis and development 4 Experience writing and reviewing detailed test scripts for System, Integration, and User Acceptance Test Phases. 2 Experience designing, configuring, and testing PeopleSoft Approval Workflow Engine (AWE) workflow approvals, version 9.1 or higher. 2 Experience implementing PeopleSoft *Strategic Sourcing* version 9.0 or higher. 2 Experience gathering business requirements, conducting and documenting fit/gap sessions, and system configuration for PeopleSoft *Strategic Sourcing* module. 2 Experience with configuration documentation and review in PeopleSoft 9.2 2 Experience with PeopleSoft version 9.2 and PeopleTools 8.53 Strong Communication, analytical and interpersonal skills at all levels of an organization. Strong Experience with the PeopleSoft 9.2 Modules PO, eProcurement, Supplier Contract Management Strong Experience in managing and coordinating functional module leads through a PeopleSoft Implementation * Preferences:* *Years* *Skills/Experience* 8 Understanding of computer related tools, methods, platforms and operating systems. 8 Experience with all aspects of Documentation, Planning, Design, Build, Test, and Deploy Phases within PeopleSoft versions 8.X through 9.2 Modules for PO, Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Contract Management. 4 Public sector experience (Federal, State or Local Government). 4 Experience with PeopleSoft User Productivity Kit (UPK) Strong Ability to set and meet functional team deadlines while maintaining an even disposition under pressure Strong Experience working through development of Interfaces with Technical Team through design, build and test Strong Good teamwork skills, ability to collaborate with other functional and technical staff on the project.
