<p><strong>Position: Oracle EBS Specialist<br>Location: Richmond,
VA<br>Duration: 6+ Months<br>Interview: In-Person Only (Confirm candidte can go
F2F NO EXCEPTIONS)<br>Rate: Upto $105/hr on C2C/1099</strong></p>
<p><strong>15+ Years Experience </strong></p>
<ul><li>Strong understanding of relational database concepts, data modeling and
good understanding Of Oracle RDBMS architecture. </li></ul>
<strong>10+ Years Experience</strong><ul>
<li>Experience in implementing, configuring and supporting of Oracle's
E-Business Suite Financial Modules like GL, AR, AP and PO</li>
<li>Proficient with Oracle Financials APIs, Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle Forms and
Reports</li>
<li>Basic database maintenance tasks (backups, data migration, tuning, &
troubleshooting)</li>
<li>Software Development Life Cycle. Understands data warehousing & ETL
concepts</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>4+ Years Experience<br></strong></p>
<ul><li>Demonstrated successful migration of Oracle EBS 11 to 12 (at least 2

<strong><br></strong><strong>Description</strong><ul>
<li>To Serve as an Oracle ERP Application Specialist for the DMAS IM Division
in the design, development, maintenance of Oracle EBS 11 and in the migration
of Oracle EBS from 11 to 12.</li>
<li>To Serve as an Oracle ERP Application Specialist for the DMAS Information
Management division in the design, development, maintenance of Oracle
E-Business functionality through the use of Oracle E-Business development tools
and methodology.</li>
<li>Perform complete analysis of the existing Oracle EBS foot print and spear
head in the migration of Oracle EBS from 11 to 12.</li>
<li>Perform complex technical duties involving the analysis, design,
implementation and maintenance of the Oracle Financials Oracle E-business
suite. </li>
<li>Provides development and/or customization support across the organization
for the Oracle Financials module. Performs detailed analysis and evaluation,
and makes recommendations to resolve simple to complex business problems with
the appropriate technology. Performs analysis, design and development of Oracle
applications utilizing the following tools: PL/SQL, BI Publisher, Oracle
Reports, Oracle Forms, Toad, and other suitable tools. This position involves
working with the IM project manager, IM project management staff, other members
of the project team, and stakeholders. </li>
</ul>
<p><br><strong>Exhaustive Working knowledge of: </strong><br>Experience in
implementing, configuring and supporting of Oracle's E-Business Suite Financial
Modules like General Ledger including the Financial Statement Generator and the
Applications Desktop Integrator, Receivables, Payables, Assets, Cash Management
and Purchasing. Proficient with Oracle Financials APIs, Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle
Forms and Reports. Strong understanding of relational database concepts, data
modeling and good understanding Of Oracle RDBMS architecture. </p>
<p><strong>Working knowledge of: <br></strong>Basic database maintenance tasks
(backups, data migration, tuning, & troubleshooting), client-server
application architecture, telecommunications aspects of multi-platform systems;
Software Development Life Cycle. Understands data warehousing & ETL
concepts.</p>
<p><strong>Demonstrated ability to: <br></strong>Plan and complete assigned
work, plan, communicate effectively orally and in writing; motivate and work
with people; quickly adapt to new technical environments (multiple
disciplines); manage multiple projects with dynamic priorities; be equally
adept at highly technical and strategic issues/projects. Proven analytical and
problem solving skills; creative thinking. Ability to provide accurate and
realistic effort estimates, commit and deliver accordingly. Proven experience
with multiple operating systems: Linux/Unix/Windows. Experience in
implementing, configuring and supporting of Oracle's E-Business Suite Financial
Modules like General Ledger including the Financial Statement Generator and the
Applications Desktop Integrator, Receivables, Payables, Assets, Cash Management
and Purchasing. Develop, test, debug, document, and maintain Oracle Application
Express (APEX) applications, forms and reports. Ability to work in a fast paced
environment with occasional non-business hours (evenings and weekends)
flexibility and able to prioritize and juggle multiple projects. Understand and
interpret customer requirement and develop solutions to meet requirements.
Develop and maintain system documentation, including technical specifications,
data mapping, program logic and flowcharts.</p>
