Interview Mode In-Person – After Phone Interview *Job Description* The candidate will work as a member of the ITS SQA(Software Quality Assurance) Testing Services team in OITS and will assist in providing SQA Testing Services for current & upcoming projects. A minimum of 5 years of experience in application development with a demonstrated concentration of experience in software quality assurance (SQA) methods, techniques, and tools. *Minimum Requirement:* *Skill* *Required / Desired* *Amount of Experience* A minimum of 5 years of experience in application development with a concentration of experience in software quality assurance (SQA) methods/technique Required 5 Hands-on experience with the Client portfolio of SQA tools including ALM Quality Center Required 5 Ability to develop and enhance VuGen and QTP/UFT scripts Required 5 Logical & systematic approaches to test plan development and execution for both functional and performance testing needs for IT business applications Required 5 Functional and performance testing experience for a wide range of technical platforms and applications. Required 5 Customer focused with excellent oral and written communication skills Required 5 Strong team and customer oriented interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to function as a consultant to customers on SQA matters. Required 5 Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and execute work tasks with strong problem solving and analytical skills. Required 5 Certification as a software quality assurance professional as recognized by the Quality Assurance Institute (QAI) is desired. Highly desired 5 4year college or university with 9 semester hours in programming and 5 years of experience in business applications consulting, development or SQA. Highly desired 5 Hands-on experience with the Client portfolio of SQA tools including Performance Center. Required 5 Hands-on experience with the Client portfolio of SQA tools including Quick Test Pro/Unified Functional Test. Required 5 Coding experience in VBsript, C, C++.
