Currently we are looking for *Business Intelligence Developer/ Cognos Developer, TX* *· No OPT* *· No Transfer case* *· **Need H1B copy and DL copy at the time of submission.* *JOB DETAIL* Job Title Business Intelligence Developer/ Cognos Developer Job id 530006008 Job Location Austin, TX Job Duration 4 month(s)+ (Contract) Interview Mode In-Person – After Phone Interview Minimum Requirements: Years Skills/Experience 8 Experience in querying and analyzing data sources to understand the data and determine logic for reporting. 8 Experience conducting design sessions with subject matter experts and business process owners to meet reporting requirements. 8 Experience with Microsoft Suite (Projects, Visio, Excel, Word, Power Point) 4 Experience with Cognos 8.0 or higher version. 4 Experience using IBM Cognos BI Report Studio 4 Experience modeling using IBM Cognos Framework Manager 4 Experience with Informatica PowerCenter 8.1 or higher version. 4 Experience in designing, creating, and overseeing ETL's for a large Data Warehouse project. 4 Experience with data modeling techniques and tools for data warehouse projects 4 Experience writing and reviewing detailed test scripts for System, Integration, and User Acceptance Test Phases. 2 Experience teaming up with business owners and technical staff in complex, large scale data warehouse projects Strong Teamwork skills, ability to lead collaboration with other functional and technical staff on the project. Preferences: Years Skills/Experience 8 Understanding of computer related tools, methods, platforms and operating systems. 4 Public sector experience (Federal, State or Local Government).
