You will work with Engineering team, IT systems and design group closely to understand business and technical function to create reports, KPIs and measures. *Responsibilities/Duties:* Description Help to drive the Systems Engineering and Design of T-Mobile’s Network. Work on Configuration Management (NMS) of T-Mobile Network for Wireless RAN, Core Network and Ethernet layer. May be involved in multiple projects and have responsibility for one or more of those projects. As a Senior Engineer, it is expected that this role will play a key technical leadership role working closely with product owner to manage and enhance applications. Should be able to perform in-depth analysis and design of new features and technologies as well as mentor junior engineers. Coordinates end to end SDLC of the project by working closely with vendor and internal teams. This position is responsible for gathering, analysing, and creating comprehensive products, documenting requirements, including validation and trace-ability, for existing and new applications. This role provides technical assistance in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements. This role assesses system impacts, provides gap and process analysis as well as cost/benefit analysis for system or product/service related initiatives. Acts as a liaison between the user community and internal IT resources.
