MS/BA/BS preferred in HCI or design-related discipline or equivalent work experience: Interaction, Information or Interface design; Human-Computer Interaction; Design Planning; Graphic Design; Demonstrated excellence in typography, interaction design, visual design, information architecture, and solid understanding of UX design principles Expert knowledge of core design tools and familiarity with current Web technologies – Adobe Creative Suite; Wireframing tools- Visio, Omnigraffle, Axure, Balsamiq, understanding of HTML 5, CSS 3, Javascript Lead user research and execute usability studies to derive valuable customer insights.
