Required 5 Prior experience as a Business analyst in 3 of the following types of projects: (App Dev, Testing, Infrastructure, Enterprise Systems Design, GIS) Required 3 Knowledge of logic, databases, data flows, and data analysis. Highly desired 3 Experience working with enterprise tools to organize requirements, test cases, and provide traceability (ex MS Visual Studio/TFS, Client Quality Center). Highly desired 3 Experience creating use cases, test scenarios, test plans and analyzing test results to determine requirements coverage. Highly desired 3 Prior experience with Cross Audience communiciation (connecting through written and verbal, the technical and non-technical stakeholders) Highly desired 3 Experience creating and managing a project or preferably enterprise process to ensure change control.
