Develop project plans for all the analytics initiatives/deliverables for the IS Risk analytics team. This includes ETL (extract transform load) related work as well as use case related work (UI development, backend automation etc.) 2. Track the initiatives identified in step 1 and provide regular updates 3. Get quickly familiar with enterprise tools such as ServiceNow, IIQ etc. and raise requests on the team's behalf (i.e. Access Requests, Technology requests i.e. Firewalls, RFCs etc.) 4.Write design and process documents for the initiatives in flight(as well as new ones) e.g. information security risk metrics for the business etc. which requires engagement and coordination with Info Sec SMEs , getting knowledge dumps and crafting them in a concise manner 5.Coordinate meetings between various team members (both internal and external) Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science , Information Systems , Business Administration or other related field preferred (or equivalent work experience) 2. Knowledge in technology infrastructure security, networking, databases, systems and/or Web operations; or other information security disciplines 3. Has 4-5 years of project management/business systems analyst experience and who has managed agile projects 4. Professional certifications such as PMI preferred as well as knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Agile practices such as User Stories required 5. Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, testing tools and other collaboration tools such as SharePoint, proficient in Microsoft Office set of tools etc. Other Qualities: 1.Highly developed communication skills , personal and assertive 2.Should be analytical and detail oriented 3.Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task 4.
