Future plans to integrate with ADDM and configure CMDB * ITSM Application server on windows Platform * Oracle DB on AIX platform Job Description - Skills: Remedy Administration and Consulting experience for ITSM Suite(IM,PM, CM, SLM, SRM, Asset Management and Atrium CMDB) Experience in Analytics/Reporting, Discovery tools (ADDM) will be added advantage * Should have good understanding of BMC Remedy architecture and its components * Managing Foundation Data (Create, Update, Delete) * Defining and development of Service Requests (SRMs) * Managing CMDB ; Class creation; attribute manipulation, Reconciliation Jobs, Integration with ADDM * Remedy Application Enhancements - Ability to modify Action Request System based workflow objects. * Remedy data and code migration / deployment experience * Performing Remedy Server & Application patching. * Performance Tuning of App/Web Server * Remedy Server and Mid-Tier Administration- AR Server Configuration, Approval Server and Email Engine configuration * Understanding Integration of Remedy and 3rd party tools * Ability to debug remedy issues using logs * Working knowledge on AIX / Windows Administration * Good communication (written & oral) & presentation skills, business analysis skills, self-initiated.
