and Product Management) for continual product delivery improvement. Will be
responsible for managing the Service Level Agreements (SLA) with customers

critical Visa Business Intelligence applications with strong emphasis on

The Middleware Engineering team is part of the Global Service Engineering

middleware technologies used at Visa.

monitor and tune production db servers. Backup, restore, administer, run
scripts and control access on db servers. DBA is also expected to develop
