*Required Skills*
ü Strong programming language skill in ASP.NET <http://asp.net/>, C#, SQL,
Java script,
ü Knowledgeable in various software design patterns and be able to apply
appropriate design patterns to solve business/technical problems.
ü Proficient in RDBMS such as Oracle, SQL Server, etc
ü .NET 3/.5/4.0 with WCF,WPF or Silver light (not mandatory)
ü Experience with applying frameworks, patterns and engineering practice
ü Demonstrated skills and experience in managing Agile change management
approaches
ü Unit Testing, and Mocking, and many OO patterns
ü Strong written and verbal communication skills
