*Job description: ----Need only someone who can attend F2F interview at
Boston, MA*

The Project Manager oversees the running of the ServiceNow CMDB/Asset
Management implementation.  This role will be responsible for working with
the team to do requirements scoping; installation, configuration,
customization of the tool; and application of programming techniques to
develop robust solutions on time throughout the project life cycle. The
ideal candidate will lead, direct, challenge, and motivate teams to ensure
a successful delivery of the client’s requirements. He/she will be hands on
and if need to gather requirements with the BAs and help them along the
process.

*Responsibilities:*

·         Serve as the go-to person for the Service Now practice.

·         Manage project scope alignment, adherence, and changes to ensure
successful project delivery.

·         Create requirements workshop agenda(s) that represent what to
gather from the client.

·         Implement tools and/or deliverables that will make the project
run smoother.

·         Build solid relationships with the clients with the focus on key
decision makers and executives.

·         Monitor and report status of project progress and risks to upper
management regularly.

·         Communicate risks and issues to the client in an effective manner.

·         Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the
success of the project and future opportunities.

·         Serve as a role model for excellence, professionalism and
leadership.

*Qualifications:*

·         5+ years’ experience with project/program management implementing

·         5+ Service Now software applications

·         Experience managing multiple Service Now software implementations

·         Service Now Configuration Management

·         Database Service Now

·         Asset Management

·         ITIL certification preferred

·         Knowledge of web based development language Experience developing
and deploying project best practices, policies, procedures, and processes

·         Experience utilizing the complete Software Development Lifecycle

·         Flexible communication and interpersonal skills to engage with
all types of corporate and technical personnel

·         Service Now administration and system admin certification
preferred
