SCOPE OF WORK:* *Background: *The purpose of this task is to secure professional services to update all of the IT PMO project process deliverables, process books and project accelerator kits. The existing IT PMO templates are a combination of templates developed over 5 years ago and some that are fairly recent. The process books are in need of a refresh to more accurately document the current processes. In addition, there is a need to update and build out IT’s project startup accelerator kits to reflect the type of project and its’ minimum set of required project tools. The contractor will provide one or more individuals in support of this effort. Through the course of this effort process opportunities and efficiencies that are identified are expected to be called out for assessment and incorporation. The duration of this engagement is expected to be approximately 4 months. *Mandatory Requirements:* **Note: Candidates not meeting these requirements will not be considered.* 1. Experience managing multiple IT projects involving new IT system implementations, modification and enhancements by directing and leading a technical staff of project teams composed of IT and business unit professionals. 2. Experience in leading project teams in evaluating proposed design changes for effectiveness and impact on project schedules and costs, recommends major changes to the IT Project Management Office (PMO) and Senior management. 3. Experienced in developing business requirements into the form of a project charter and project scope document, and manages project execution through the creation, collection, and maintenance of project documentation in accordance with established methodology. 4. Experience in managing project resources working with IT and business unit resource centers to forecast, commit and manage project resources. 5. Experience in maintaining project budgets, supports and utilizes project budget tools. 6. Four-Six (4-6) years of experience. 7.
