Developer experience not preferred. ServiceNow Admin cert a plus. *The following are preferred experience and skills:* · Work with User Interface (UI) policies, data policies, UI actions, business rules and client scripts · Experience with requirements gathering · Experience with Functionality/CAT Testing · Use mobile clients · Activate plugins · Add users, groups and roles · Manage data with tables, the configuration management database (CMDB), import sets and update sets · Work with two key process applications: Knowledge Base and ServiceNow Service Catalog · Create workflow activities and approvals · Configure alerts and notifications · View upgrade history and status · Control system access and data security · Run reports, configure service level agreements (SLAs) and perform instance branding and customization *Preferred Skills:* · Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering or related field · Proven ability to be responsible for the daily administration, maintenance and Change Management/Change Control · Excellent analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to express technical issues to non-technical customers · Detailed knowledge of applicable security policies and standards · Ability to work independently with minimal direction. · Excellent communications skills and have the ability to clearly communicate to wide variety of audiences, both business and technical *Additional Provisions:* · Pass both a client mandated clearance process to include drug screening, criminal history check and credit check. · Once candidate’s resume is approved and interview passed, the agency is responsible for providing drug screening. * Failure to submit the drug screening results will delay the security clearance process.* · If a candidate is given an interim clearance, continuation of employment is then based on the candidate receiving a sensitive clearance. · All candidates must be a US Citizen, have permanent residence status, or an H1-B Visa. · Candidate must have lived in the United States for the past 5 years. · Cannot have more than 6 month’s cumulative travel outside the United States within the last five years. Military Service excluded. (Exception does not include military family members.) · All overtime must be pre-approved in writing by the client manager or his/her designated representative. · *Agency will not be reimbursed for overtime charges without previous written authorization.
