Hi,
Nyalakan komputer win xp anda seperti biasa.
Untuk shutdown cobalah anda log off terlebih dahulu,
baru kemudian turn off computer (shutdown).
Selanjutnya anda bisa mencoba untuk shutdown seperti
biasa (tanpa log off).
