Dulu pernah terjadi di tempat saya kejadian yang mirip, tapi mungkin penyebabnya berbeda. Berapa kapasitas harddisk server anda pak? Kalau ditempat saya (pake exchange server 5.5) setiap file priv.edb sudah mencapai 11gb Meskipun seharusnya bisa mencapai 16gb (menurut xadm-nya microsoft) Selalu ada masalah dengan store.exe-nya (biasanya service stop sendiri) Untuk solusinya paling saya menghimbau ke user untuk mindahin email yang di mailboxnya menjadi personal folder (pst). Sebaiknya bapak mengaktifkan mailbox storage limit per usernya.
