Dear guys,
Pagi ini waktu saya ngebuka ms outlook 2003 dia ngga' bisa connected ke MS
Exchange server,
saya kira karena masalah profile di outlooknya, saya coba set ulang profile
saya, pas saya coba "check name" keluar pesen : The connection to the
Microsoft Exchange server is unavailable. Outlook must be online or
connected to complete this action.
kenapa bisa begini ya? saya udah coba beberapa step :
1. ping ke mail server --> OK
2. check alias name di exchange servernya --> OK
3. re-create profile outlooknya --> sama aja ngga' bisa
4. saya bisa buka email saya di pc yang lain
5. udah saya re-update patch-nya dengan windows xp sp2 --> tetep aja ngga'
bisa
6. udah coba ke
