Saya punya scanner canon tipe N656U. Problem yang saya suka hadapi, kalo
lagi scan tau2 ada error message dan mati sendiri. Kalau applikasi
programnya di start manual, hang jadinya.
Error di Event Viewer begini, "Faulting application sgtbox.exe, version
2.2.1.0, faulting module tpm.dll, version 5.5.0.0, fault address 0x0000cbb3"
Ada yang pernah ngalamin hal yang sama? gimana cara solusinya ya?
btw, reinstall juga gak memecahkan masalah.
