taruh saja di rc.local :P ... sorry BSD solution ;)

Iyalah ... file itu yang anda beri anda save di /etc/rc.d dengan nama
rc.gateway kemudian di chmod +x rc.gateway.

Untuk start tambahkan ke rc.local :
/etc/rc.d/rc.gateway
