jSMSEngine is an API package, written in Java, which will allow you to
send and receive SMS messages from your PC, with the use of a mobile
phone or a GSM modem.
Nice Java API, tapi belum bisa dibilang SMS Gateway dan Server, cuma
sekedar SMS sender/receiver via PC+HP, tapi mungkin memang bisa
dikembangkan. FYI di Linux paket lengkapnya sudah ada, free, bisa
diakses via web begitu di install, jadi tinggal change OS :P
