software buat website ada banyak, misal dreamweaver MX atau microsoft frontpage. Kalo mas ngerti html, notepad pun bisa dipake buat website. Buat yg baru belajar banget dan gak mau diribetin soal html, software net objet fusion (www.netobjectfusion.com <http://www.netobjectfusion.com>) itu bagus soalnya ada banyak template-template desainnya. Kita tinggal klik klik aja, gak sampe 10 menit kali udah jadi deh tu web.
