Meskipun udatenya dibuat otomatis, tapi pada saat update biasanya selalu bermasalah. Pengalaman saya, sekarang saya pakai NAV 2002. Pada saat update, saya download aja file update-nya di website Norton/Symantec. Setelah downloadnya berhasil baru saya update antivirusnya. Dulu saya pernah buat updatenya otomatis tetapi selalu ada pesan error.
