setelah anda buka email yg mau di print... masuk ke menu edit mas.... terus pilih edit messages... setelah klik edit messages, anda diwajibkan masuk ke menu format dan rubah format emailnya menjadi HTML... dari situ baru deh anda bisa memilih halaman2 yg mau diprint tergantung kebutuhan....selama messagesnya msh dlm format plain text, kayaknya semua email isinya akan terprint...
