Simple answer: Bisa diakses dari manapun seluruh dunia dengan 2 cara: 1. Webmail --> http://webmail.cbn.net.id (tidak perlu ubah setting apapun untuk kirim dan terima e-mail). Cukup masukkan username dan password saja. Done!
2. Outlook, Outlook Express, dll --> Setting POP3 Address tidak perlu diubah, Setting SMTP Address disesuaikan dengan yang diberikan oleh pihak hotel atau public services (cukup tanya receptionist atau operator public services mengenai alamat SMTP yang dapat digunakan). Jika tidak disediakan alamat SMTP, terpaksa kirim e-mail keluar harus via Webmail (kecuali kamu mau install service SMTP server sendiri di Laptop boss kamu.
