Itu sih sudah pasti penipu-penipu. Dulu kebanyakan berasal dari Nigeria dan di era setelah Idi Amin digulingkan. Di majalah Tempo tahun 1993an ada di bahas dan sampai korbannya pergi ke Nigeria dan diperas habis-habisan.
