Coba cek koneksi ke printer. Pastikan computer tersebut terkoneksi ke printer yang statusnya ready. Ato kalo emang nggak ada printer, bikin koneksi aja dengan virtual printer. Mslhnya dikantor saya juga sering muncul seperti demikian.
