Saya juga pernah nagalamin blank sperti itu. Sebabnya adalah Anda belum mengisikan setting IMAP dan POP3 servernya. Agar bisa loading halamn loginya, sebaiknya ganti setting localhost dengan domain anda sendiri (misal myserver.com). Insya Allah pasti jalan.
