Virus hanya angan meng infeksi di OS yang dituju (Windows, Linux, Symbian, dll) sedangkan Switch Hub akan kehabisan resourcenya karena traffic nya seperti Ddos, Warm, dll. Seangkan Media kable juga sama halnya dengan Hub, karena pada dasarnya kabel merupakan media Badwidh, secara fisik kabel tidak dapat terkena gangguan akibat virus, kecuali rusak, electrical dan miss functionality.
