Ada pihak ketiga yg memvalidasi no kartu kredit tsb namanya MERCHANT. dia yg akan memvalidasi dan jika sudah benar dia yg akan measukkan tagihan tsb ke pemilik kartu yg bsngkutan. anda bisa lihat referensi di www.ilmukomputer.com
