Key Responsibilities & Requirements (Post A , B & C)
01. Preparing tender documentation, contract administration, project management.
02. To develop and manage strategic business plans and relationships with
government agencies and achieve customer satisfaction.
03. To design and lead business process reengineering / change management.
04. Degree/Master in business or IT related field.
05. Excellent Information Technology knowledge.
06. Excellent communication skills and personality.
07. Good command of written and spoken English.
08. Preferably with experience in government works.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements (Post D & E)
01. System/network design, installation, configuration and administration of
servers on Unix/Linux and Windows.
02. Installation and maintenance of security, database and systems applications.
03. With working experience in Java (J2EE) web application development.
04. Development and debugging Java and .NET applications.
05. Experience in SQL, Oracle, mail, network infrastructure, security, Java and
.NET programming. (Experience with APACHE STRUTS is a plus.)
06. Experience in tendering, contract administration and project management.
07. Knowledge on common web servers, application servers and database servers.
08. To lead and supervise the programming team.
09. Degree in IT or related field.
10. Good command of written and spoken English.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements (Post F) (Contract/Ad Hoc/Consultation
basic)
01. A Master or PhD degree in the field of Education.
02. Research experience in use of IT in Education and change management.
03. Good working knowledge in IT and ¡§e-learning¡¨.
04. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
05. Willing to work overseas and learn new culture.
